Enter the dance

“Until you land in that moment of sweet surrender, when you as the dancer, disappear into the dance.”

~ Gabrielle Roth founder of 5Rhythms

Energy moves in waves.

Waves moves in patterns.

Patterns move in rhythms.

A human being is just that

energy, waves, patterns, rhythms.

Gratitude to my mother a ballet teacher and my father a spirited seeker and journalist, both long deceased yet who each planted the seeds for me to dance. To my complete surprise, the seed for 5Rhythms sown through my father’s own dancing with Gabrielle Roth, founder and creator of 5Rhythms, that I only found out about while on my training.
